The continuous movement creates a uninterrupted process by the PROPAC, which optimizes the complete process.

"The most important thing for us is that the revenue stamp or the seal of the bottle is not damaged" because that can be costly and expensive for the bottler.

Due to the hitherto common packing method of case packer with grab tulips, this exact damage could happen now and then. The desire for improvement and optimization drives the project-competence-team to develop the PROPAC.

The magazine of the empty cartons is automatically filled, so that a constant flow of material is guaranteed. The cardboard boxes are set up, closed at the top and slipped over the grouped bottles during the conveyor movement. A very gentle process for packaging - both for the bottles and the banderole on the neck of the bottle, which is no longer damaged or removed during the packaging process.

With up to 40 cartons/minute (up to 6 bottles each) with projects PROPAC the general process of a carton packer is not only more effective, but also packaging is more careful and optimized. Following the carton is closed from below and conveyed to the PROPAL Layer Palletizer.

project A&E GmbH is already a supplier of several machines at the Saarland distillery before this project. As this business venture was more than satisfactorily implemented, the traditional bottler immediately placed further orders at project A&E GmbH. Already integrated in the production process, a wide variety of palletizers, the PROWRAPP pallet wrapping machine, the new and cost-effective PROlabel pallet labeling machine as well as the PROCON, a conveyor system for glass containers complete the packaging area of glass bottles.

We are confident that this relationship will continue and expand.
Thank you for the good and successful cooperation.
