Successful implementation in the process technology and control of hardening furnaces for the automotive supplier industry.

In cooperation with a well-known and leading hardening furnace manufacturer from the Lower Rhine, project Automation & Engineering GmbH has once again successfully implemented a project for a globally active automotive and industrial supplier with production location near Nuremberg.

The challenge was to optimize the supply and discharge of two hardening furnaces for individual parts of the automotive industry. Feed ramps should be replaced by fully automated roller and chain conveyors to ensure uniform feeding. The design team of the project A&E immediately set up to complete and implement components according to the given conditions and requirements of the customer.

The challenge of evenly distributing products to the furnaces evenly and according to heat treatment requirements was just as successful as the technically perfect functionality. Ambient conditions of up to 400 ° C posed a further challenge for the components and components, which has been successfully implemented.

Because the enthusiastic feedback of the customers with the flexibility to project A & E offers project A & E also received the order for programming the oven control.

A special task was the development of the programming, which controls the trouble-free process within the various heat zones and associated conveying and process times, maintenance-free and process-specific.

In all facets of mechanical engineering, such as programming, engineering or compliance with safety regulations, project A&E implemented the customer wishes satisfactorily and on budget.

For almost two years, the plant is running to the full satisfaction of the customer.
